Pretext For Hostilities In Islamic Thinking

I was listening to the excellent audiobook, Robert Spencer's Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades), and he was talking about how Muhammad's actions set precedents for what the Islamic Military does today. Muslims are told over seventy times in the Qur'an that they should use Muhammad as an example, and try to live their lives as Muhammad did. Spencer said:

"[At a particular battle Muhammad fought in,] another pattern was set...that played out across the centuries. Muslims would see any aggression as a pretext for revenge, regardless of whether they provoked it."

Jihadis around the world do the same thing today. They provoke a government or a group until they get a hostile reaction, and then they use that reaction as a pretext for aggression.

This is one of the cleverest solutions to a dilemma created by two important Islamic memes: Namely, that a Muslim should never initiate aggression (that's the first meme), but on the other hand, the best way to guarantee your passage to Paradise is to die while fighting in the name of Allah (that's the second meme).

How are you supposed to die fighting unless someone is fighting you? And how can you get someone to fight you if you can't be aggressive? One way you can do it is to provoke someone into attacking you, and then you can "defend Islam," which is your duty as a Muslim. Pretty clever, huh? These are a few of the 26 memes that make up The Terrifying Brilliance of the Islamic Memeplex. Muslims who take this seriously are called Jihadis.

So Jihadis around the world provoke hostile reactions, and then use it as a pretext to fight. They have used this technique successfully against the West many times. They try to make at least some percentage of us non-Muslims feel guilty for some hostile action our country has taken, while ignoring or downplaying what the Jihadis did to provoke the reaction in the first place. It's a clever ruse, which is bought hook, line, and sinker by millions of well-meaning but ignorant people in the West.

This is one of the most important reasons YOU can make a difference by simply sharing what you know with others. When enough of us are aware of taqiyya (the Islamic principle of deception), the ruse stops working, which allows democracies to do the one thing we must do: Stop conceding anything to Islam.

Concession Stand

Yesterday, I was talking to a man who implied that if we only had a good enough negotiator, we could settle the conflict between Israel and Palestine. And I realized anew that the West's conflict with the Islamic Military ("radical Islam") cannot be solved until enough of us understand what's going on. That is, until enough of us understand the goal and methods of the Jihadis and the extent of their support in the wider Islamic community (and the tremendous support of their religious doctrine).

Because until that understanding is widespread, every solution we try will only concede more to the Jihadis. And as they gain concessions, they gain advantage. They don't concede anything back. It's all loss on freedom's side and gain on Shari'a's side. They take the concessions and push for more, and the West still keeps conceding, thinking they're dealing with people who have a sense of fairness and reciprocity.

The simple solution is "no more concessions for Islam." If every democratic country stopped right now conceding anything to Islam, the problem is mostly solved, and what's left of the problem would be isolated and manageable. But until a majority of the population of a country really understands the problem, no politician in that country can afford to take that stand.

What this means is that YOU are a crucial warrior in this fight. You, the citizen warrior. You have your circle of influence, and it is critical that you do all the influencing you can.

What YOU Can Do To Defeat The Jihadis

Jihadi warriors are driven by a fanatical belief in the word of Muhammad. They take the Qur'an literally and try to follow it to the letter. This includes the command to threaten and kill any other Muslim who says some passages in the Qur'an ought to be edited, updated, or modernized. The Qur'an is perfect. It says so right there in the Qur'an. Anyone who thinks otherwise is an apostate who deserves execution (like it says in the Qur'an).

This seems so far removed from normal life in Western society it's hard to believe we're talking about real, present-day events. But literally millions of men and women in the world right now are true believers and they are successfully recruiting new young warriors into their ranks. They are also successfully intimidating hundreds of millions of their fellow Muslims into letting them get away with it.

The commands in the Qur'an are the source of the ongoing war against infidels being waged around the world right now. You can see the death toll in real time at thereligionofpeace.com. (Scroll down the page to see the daily worldwide onslaught that the Western mainstream media almost completely ignores.) These aren't really "terrorist attacks." The locations of those attacks are the front lines of a global war by a single, united power.

And the source of the violence is the Qur'an.

No, not all Muslims are violent. Most Muslims modify the teachings of the Qur'an to be more peaceful and modern and explain away the parts they don't want to follow. But those who follow it as strictly as Muhammad commanded are doing almost all the seemingly random acts of violence around the world.

What can you do about it? The best thing you could do would be to convert Islamic terrorists into a different religion or convert them to atheists. But let's scratch that off the list because it is nearly impossible. For one thing, how many Islamic terrorists do you know personally? And for another thing, once someone is a radical believer in anything, you are unlikely to convert them out of it.

So that means we're not going to stop the source of the violence directly. What else is there? The next best option is protecting ourselves.

That's what we do in our Western societies, isn't it? You can't get every violent thug off the street, so you do the next best thing: You protect yourself and your family. You do whatever you need to do, depending on where you live. Maybe you lock your car. Maybe you have a security system for your house. Maybe you have a dog. Maybe you own a gun. You protect yourself.

So how can you — a free, non-military citizen in a Western country — protect yourself from Islamic terrorists? First, you can educate yourself about how to prepare for an attack, what to do in an actual terrorist attack, and how to thwart one in progress.

Then you can educate yourself about Islam and the Qur'an so you are no longer deceived by the deliberately-confusing statements of the Jihadis themselves. Start by learning about the terrifying brilliance of the Islamic memeplex.

And third, you can help your fellow citizens understand what's going on. Create conversations (like this one) where you can share what you know, and make it as easy to hear as you can. Certain things, like this one, need to become more widely known for these twelve reasons. Then we can vote wisely for policies and politicians. By listening to our representatives, we can determine whether or not they understand the cause and cure of Islamic violence. Voting wisely can help protect us in the long run.

Most of the people who will ever read this article are living in a fairly safe environment. That's true of you, isn't it? Probably nobody you know has disappeared in the night. Probably none of your friends have been beheaded. Probably no bombs have gone off in your neighborhood lately. So this whole issue might seem distant and less-than-urgent. It doesn't have the immediacy and overriding significance it would have right after an event like 9-11.

If that's how you feel, please at least bookmark this page and remember it. And if something big happens, or should I say when something big happens (it seems inevitable eventually), come back to this page and take up the cause in earnest. Maybe even join the Citizen Warrior Special Forces.

If you think, "little ol' me can't really make a difference," then you need to adjust your explanatory style. And inoculate yourself against the influence of negative news.

This is a long war. Militant Islam has been in an ongoing war with everyone else since Muhammad started the whole thing. That's another reason it might not seem urgent.

But every effort you make to prepare yourself, educate yourself, and educate your fellow Westerners adds strength to the side of freedom, and weakens the side of totalitarianism. Make no mistake, the ultimate expression of militant Islam is the total restriction of almost every freedom we take for granted. Especially for women. This is not as rabble-rousing or extreme as it might appear to many people. Militant Islam is on the rise (find out why here) and several democracies, like Lebanon, Turkey, and Egypt, have recently lost freedoms to Islam (called jihad by subversion).

The spread of democracy and freedom is not inevitable. It is entirely possible for things to go the other way.

That's why I urge you, for all our sakes, to add your strength to the cause. Sooner is better than later.

"Radical Islam" is a Misnomer

The following is an article by Martel Sobieskey, and is reprinted here with his permission. He is greatly alarmed that American politicians, educators, and security personnel have failed to comprehend the deeply entrenched Jihadist religious conditioning inherent in all of Islam, moderates included.

THERE IS THE erroneous assertion that Radical Islam is not connected with mainstream (moderate) Islam in any way, that the religion of Islam has been “hijacked by a few extremists” that the vast majority of Muslims do not agree with the Islamofascists. Such thinking is a terrible error and a grave threat to America’s national security, especially in this age of nuclear terrorism.

So what is Radical Islam and what should it be properly named? Radical Islam is actually the Islamic Military. The so-called radicals are not a fringe element; they are fully supported by the worldwide Islamic community (Ummah). If they were a fringe element, they would have been defeated long ago. The fight rages on because of strong support from the moderates both covertly and overtly. This means the Islamic Military (wrongly labeled radicals) is intimately connected with moderate Muslims who we have mistakenly labeled as innocent bystanders.

Moderate Muslims are not innocent bystanders. Moderate Muslims provide the base of operations which makes it possible for the Islamic Military to continue their terrorist operations. Hate America (an Islamic organization) demands to replace the U.S. Constitution with the Koran, and outbursts for Sharia law are preached openly from nearly every Mosque in America under the guise of freedom of speech and religion. Freedom of speech and religion has morphed into a weaponized tool of Islamic psychological warfare which is defeating America’s will to protect her national security. Any American who says Islam is less than perfect may become the victim of an unfair lawsuit by a “moderate” Muslim organization.

Why can one be so certain about this fact? The answer is the Koran. The Koran fuses together both moderates and their military. No Muslim dares to contradict the Koran because the penalty is — death and loss of personal salvation. The moderate Muslims of every nation, including those in America, fully support their Islamic military because worldwide conquest is the primary religious duty of all Muslims. Fellow Americans if you believe that your local Muslims are not secretly harboring in their hearts an agenda for the conquest of America by Islam then you are dead wrong, and understand nothing about the Koran.

Moderate Muslims may not carry weapons and murder innocent people hands on, but they play the role of “wolves in sheep’s clothing”. Moderate Muslims use two primary strategies to make conquest for Islam. The first is dawa, which is influence peddling, “wining and dining” and manipulation. You make conquest by “pleasing” your opponent, “buttering them up” — bribery and back room dealings are common place. There is a “ton” of Muslim oil money buying preferential treatment for Islam in America. The second is taqiyya, which is outright deception and lying. Deception and lying to infidels as a strategy of conquest is one of Islam’s most valued “weapons”, a precedent set by the prophet Mohammed himself. Americans hear this deception everyday with proclamations that “Islam is a religion of peace.” This phrase is an excellent example of successful psychological warfare which has caused Americans to let down their guard, and made us very vulnerable to future terrorist attacks, even possible nuclear attacks as several experts have pointed out.

Recent history proves that the “so called peaceful Muslims” work as a team with their Islamic Military. They immigrate to a country touting what peaceful law abiding citizens they are, establish themselves, build mosques, increase their numbers and “bingo” terrorists acts start occurring in the host country. Do the attacks in Spain, England, France, Thailand, Bali, the Philippines, Holland, Sweden and the USA ring any bells here? All these attacks have been preceded by the establishment of moderate mosque communities which in turn became footholds from which the Islamic military could launch their terrorist attacks. The larger the percentage of Muslims that occupy a country the greater the havoc they wreak. The situation is directly proportional. Reducing the percentage of Muslims that dwell in the host country is the most effect way of stopping terrorism. Western governments must evaluate this fact very seriously if they wish to win the war against Islamofascism long term.

Have we Americans become gullible fools? As long as we fail to deal aggressively and comprehensively with the intimate Koranic connection between the moderate Muslims and their Islamic military we can never stop the terrorist attacks. Have you ever wondered why, so numerous the complaints worldwide, that Muslims are not assimilating into their host nation? It is because they are not there to assimilate — they are there to conqueror the host country for Islam as their Koran requires. Fellow Americans please read the Koran for yourself. Don’t take my word on it. You will learn first hand that anyone who tells you that Islam is a religion of peace is insulting your intelligence. The Koran (Penguin Classics), translated by the Arab Scholar N. J. Dawood is a well respected version having sold over a million copies worldwide.

The best description of the symbiotic Koranic relationship between the moderates and their military comes from the Muslims themselves. They have a saying, “the poisonous fish swim in the sea”. The “poisonous fish” are the militants and the “sea” is the moderate mosque community. For example, for their 9/11 operation, the Islamic Military (poisonous fish) used the Al Farouq mosque in New York as the “sea” from which they “swam” to pulverize the trade towers. The next poisonous fish may be swimming from the sea of your local Mosque community with a nuclear explosion. Wake up Americans we are not fighting with bows and arrows anymore. We must take aggressive preventative measures to stop the Islamic military’s “euphoric” obsession to make a nuclear attack on American soil.

It is a great mistake to continue calling the Islamic military radicals because the term “radicals” has blinded us to think that the moderates are not in cahoots with their Islamic Military. In so doing we have violated the primary dictum of warfare which is to know and understand one’s enemy. Consequently, we have failed to understand that the Islam of Osama Bin Laden is main stream Islam — not a radical fringe. Osama Bin Laden is one of the generals of the Islamic military which is fully supported by the worldwide community of moderate Muslims, including American Muslims. Both moderate Muslims and their military have the same goal which is the Islamic conquest of the entire world — this is the primary religious duty of all Muslims as required by the Koran. Americans desperately need to understand this fact if they wish to protect their country from great harm.
