Hate Speech

THE FOLLOWING are photographs of Muslim protesters from around the world. According to many Western governments and journalists, the protesters have every right to say these hateful things on their signs. But I am guilty of "hate speech" or "inciting hatred against a religious group" to show photographs of them doing so.

In Robert Spencer's excellent book, Stealth Jihad, he makes the following points about Geert Wilders' film, Fitna:

1. "Fitna" means upheaval or discord in Arabic.

2. The film visually links Islamic teachings with violence.

3. Many Muslims around the world objected to this film by protesting and demanding the violent death of Wilders because that's what their Islamic teachings tells them to do.

4. The film is mostly scenes of Muslims committing violence interspersed with quotes from the Qur'an giving clear commands to commit just such violence, and clips of modern-day Jihadis justifying their acts of violence with references to the Qur'an's clear commands.

5. Oddly enough, by doing this film, Geert Wilders is labeled a hate-monger. Yet the ones doing the hating on the film are the Muslims themselves. No wonder this film bothers them so much. As Spencer wrote, "It was not Wilders, but the many Muslims he shows in his film, who link Islam with violence. And that link has already been made innumerable times around the world — by Islamic jihad warriors, not by non-Muslim 'Islamophobes.'"

Can we turn the tables? and promote signs that say "Behead those who embrace Islam'? OMG i can just hear them now.

Citizen Warrior 4:11 PM

I liked the signs these folks used:

Counterjihad Protests

The signs of these counterjihad protesters seem especially appropriate given Ayatollah Khomeini's famous quote:

“Allah did not create man so that he could have fun. The aim of creation was for mankind to be put to the test through hardship and prayer. An Islamic regime must be serious in every field. There are no jokes in Islam. There is no humor in Islam. There is no fun in Islam. There can be no fun and joy in whatever is serious.”

Citizen Warrior,

I find it really troubling that anyone who doesn't tow the politically correct line risks being labeled a bigot, by the general public, despite all this, but the more angry fanatical Muslims lash out like this, or worse yet actually assault or kill someone, the harder it will be to convince intelligent thoughtful people that critics of Islam like us, are nothing but a bunch of bigots, especially when you don't see much clear cut condemnation of this behavior by other Muslims. If you think about it, that's the bright side to all this. In many ways, Muslim true believers are their own worst enemies. Even members of what Spencer calls the Stealth Jihad, who attempt to advance the goals of Islam by lying and deceit more than anything else including violence, mess up at some point, and do and say things that inadvertently reveal what they are really like and what their actual goals are.

Citizen Warrior 8:14 PM

Good point, Damien. I almost included at the end of this list of pictures, a cartoon of a guy saying, "Death to those who think we're violent!"

At some point, this has got to get through to even the most stubborn multiculturalist.

We agree on the problem, but do we agree on a solution?

Citizen Warrior 4:38 PM

We have several solutions:

What Non-Muslims Can Do About Islam

Anonymous 8:02 PM

If Islam was totally a peaceful religion as it claims, two questions: 1. Why then, is there so much killing and anarchy in the Middle East and muslim dominated countries? 2. If they would only practice their religion without all the jihad, and forcing it on the world, and would show only love, then perhaps, the world would be more receptive. A hateful person only drives others AWAY from him/her.

Dear Europe,

What are you thinking? There is still time. Stop all immigration from Muslim countries. Deport all criminals from foreign lands. It won't make you bad people. You are in a fight for your survival. Fix this problem before it gets much, much worse. Do this for yourselves, your children, and your beautiful civilization. In the coming decades, do you want to see the Mona Lisa and the Magna Carta burned and the Sistine Chapel and Notre Dame demolished? It can still be done peacefully. Act now or you are doomed. I implore you.

Thank you, a friend from America

That's horrible! I can't look at those pictures! If those aren't hate speech that's on their signs and banners, I don't know what is. What they're doing isn't justified either and are more extreme. Seriously, why are they in a free country if they're being like that?

Citizen Warrior 2:01 PM

They're in a free country for many reasons. Some are born here. Some moved here because they can make a better living. And some are here to spread Islam.

Anonymous 2:52 PM

Hateful indeed, I believe as a Muslim that we are entitled and comanded to defend the honour of the Prophet Muammad (peace and blessings of Allah on him). As with defending the faith itself.

However, this does not necessitate most of the comments you have shown or are propogating as the voice of Muslims. In fairness they are reacting to your freedom of speech which caused us much pain in allowing defamation of our beloved Prophet. I do not believe the killing of innocence or threatening to do so is acceptable no matter who the purpotraters are.

One thing is clear though and that is that all need education and freedom from ignorance.

Islam is not peace it is submission to the instructions of The One True God who Created and Sustains all, from this we achieve peace.

May Allah guide you to the right way so you may recieve mercy.

Mee 4:12 AM

"defend allah" ! seriously what is with Muslims. there is no conclusive proof that god exists leave alone that he is called allah and they want to kill everyone for this!! I mean surely the Allah if he is so great is capable of defending himself? do muslims really imagine there is a parallel world up in the clouds where various gods stand around fighting and that Allah is "the best" among them all!!! Stark Raving Mad thats what this is. Where would we find millions of shrinks to treat this disease?

Anonymous 12:18 PM

GREAT SHOW !! And how TRUE .

Anonymous 6:12 AM

At the end of the day, Islam is laid bare for what it is because of one simple fact. It is a pseudo-religion invented by a mass murderer named Mohammed. This historical fact is not in dispute. How anyone can follow the directives of a mass murderer makes both this so called religion and its phony prophet worthy of nothing but disdain and revulsion.

Citizen Warrior 1:34 PM

I did read the Koran. If you only cared enough to read the Koran and the example of Muhammad, you would know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the goal of Islam is to bring the whole world under the rule of Islamic law, ideally without violence (if non-Muslims would simply submit peacefully to Islamic rule) or, if necessary, through violence. The message is clear and simple in all Islamic doctrine.

One of the most unusual articles on CitizenWarrior.com is Pleasantville and Islamic Supremacism.

It illustrates the Islamic Supremacist vision by showing the similarity between what happened in the movie, Pleasantville, and what devout fundamentalist Muslims are trying to create in Islamic states like Syria, Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia (and ultimately everywhere in the world).
