CW Special Forces

The following article was written for the readers of the e-zine, Let's Talk Motivation. If you are ambitious, if you know how to motivate yourself, if you know how to keep defeatist thinking from robbing you of your will to fight, it is written for you, too.

YOU KNOW HOW to maintain determination in the face of challenge. It's valuable enough in peacetime; it helps you overcome obstacles and accomplish your goals. You've been through setbacks and failures, and you've learned what it takes to overcome them. You've learned how to manage your time, set your goals, and accomplish them quickly. You've learned to be effective with your actions and to keep your morale high. These are valuable skills at any time.

But in the war against Islamic supremacism, the know-how you have acquired becomes vital. The community of highly trained achievers, of which you are a member, form a kind of elite special forces unit. The same principles you use to achieve your goals will work on successfully defeating the third jihad. Your knowledge needs to be shared with others.

Pessimism, cynicism, and defeatism make people weak. Pessimism makes a person lose his resolve or cower in fear, and his weakness spreads to others because attitudes are contagious. The people of free nations need strong, resolute determination now, and you know how to maintain that in yourself. We need to keep morale high.

What can you do? Share your knowledge with others. Forward articles to people. Coach your friends and family. Share books and DVDs. Help choke off money going to terrorists. When you hear people express defeatist views, help them change their thinking.

This battle is about attitude as much as anything, and you know a lot about attitude. Most people don't know much about it. They are ill-equipped to fight this battle. Because of your skill, you must take the leadership position.

We can overcome the challenge we face. We can achieve the goal. We can defeat the Jihadis and their plans for world domination. You know it's possible, but many people don't because of their automatic, unintentional habits of thought. And I'm sure you're aware that if a person has an obstacle to overcome but believes she is incapable of overcoming it, she won't try. So her defeatist assumption becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy.

The same is true on a world scale. If enough people believe Islam's relentless encroachment is a fact of life and there is nothing we can do about it, we won't try (or if we make any efforts at all, they will be halfhearted) and if we don't take committed, determined action, we will fail.

A premature assumption that the third jihad cannot be defeated is not only logically incorrect, it is morally wrong. You can help prevent people from jumping to that dangerously false conclusion. Talk to people. Hone your persuasion skills. Eliminate defeatist thinking in your circle of influence, starting with your own mind. Keeping morale high is a prime directive in any war.

As a member of the Citizen Warrior Special Forces, your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to help your friends and family become less defeatist in their thoughts. This takes a particular kind of training. Your first step is to master the know-how on morale. If you don't want to do this for yourself, do it for your children, your spouse, and your friends. Consider the process of writing down your thoughts and arguing with the pessimistic ones a kind of Special Forces training. For you to help others, you must have the know-how well-drilled. Then you're ready for the second step of the mission.

The second step is to learn the principles in Dale Carnegie's book, How to Win Friends & Influence People. While you're helping people overcome their own pessimistic thinking, you must be very careful not to drive them deeper into it by causing them to defend themselves. Carnegie's principles are tailor-made for that purpose. His principles are a kind of technology for changing the way a person thinks without making him defend his already-existing way of thinking. Study and vigorously practice the principles in Carnegie's book while you help people change their thinking.

You can go as big as you want with this mission. Talk to your friends, persuade your representatives, create a web site, write a book, get on radio talk shows, get on Oprah, make it your life's work. How far do you want to go with it? Make up your mind and get on with your training. Welcome to the CW Special Forces.

"A small nuclear device can be fit into a suitcase.
We need to face the stark, brutal fact that in a
free society there is no defense against such a weapon.
This war cannot be won, and our cities
and people saved from nuclear annihilation,
by playing defense
.

Recently, I discovered that one of the primary leaders of my political party had NO inkling of the dangers of Islam and its desire to "take over" this country, inch by inch, so that we
will, little by little, accept Islam and Sharia Law.

SPEAK WITH YOUR PARTY'S POLITICAL LEADERS. ALL OF THEM. LOCAL, STATE, FEDERAL.

After our discussion this leader
was shocked, but aware.
