The Cube of Mecca and How it Got That Way

Friday

The following was written by F.W. Burleigh, author of It's All About Muhammad, A Biography of the World's Most Notorious Prophet.

In the beginning of the world, there was the Kabah — at least, if you believe what Muslims are indoctrinated into believing about the draped temple of Mecca that is orbited by masses of people every year during the pilgrimage season.

The story goes it was a jewel sent down to the world by Allah from his throne far above the seventh of the seven heavens. Adam, the first man, built the Kabah as the first temple of worship of Allah, but it was destroyed in the great flood that Allah inflicted on the world for disobedience to his will. It was rebuilt by Abraham and Ishmael, and Ishmael fathered a line of Arabs that led finally to Muhammad. But by Muhammad’s time, the temple had fallen into the wrong hands, into the hands of idolaters who worshiped other gods than Allah.

Muhammad, as hero of this narrative that he crafted about himself, was commissioned by Allah to rescue the temple from idolatry and restore the one-God worship of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, and other heroes of Biblical fame.

Muhammad had a way of inserting himself into other people’s religious narratives, a compulsion derived from his many psychological disorders, not the least of which was grandiosity. He was like Woody Allen in Zelig where he grafts himself into historical footage showing himself on stage with Adolph Hitler — except that Muhammad was notoriously unfunny. In his unfunny way he grafted himself onto the line of Jewish prophets; he put himself on stage with the heroes of Jewish legends and proclaimed himself to be the best of them all, the last and final prophet before the Day of Doom, superior to all the other prophets, even Jesus. Muhammad included Jesus in the prophet lineup, but he had to demote Jesus to being merely a man, for if he acknowledged Jesus as divine, he, Muhammad, would have had less importance.

The truth about the Meccan temple is yawningly prosaic. It was a moon temple built by the early nomadic Arabs of the valley of Mecca, descendants of Yemeni emigrants who worshiped the moon, the sun, and other celestial objects. A couple of hundred years before Muhammad, the temple was an enclosure whose walls of stacked rocks were so low that goats could jump over them. In one corner, atop a pillar of rocks, was the Black Stone meteorite the desert Arabs had discovered and believed to be a gift of the moon god.

Kabah is a nickname. It means cube in Arabic, and the temple of Mecca did not acquire its cubic shape until the year A.D. 605 when Muhammad was 35 years old. Until then, it had remained a stone enclosure without a roof, though its walls had been built up higher than in previous centuries — above a man’s height and having a door. The statue of the moon god Hubal was on a pedestal in the interior. Polytheists from all over Arabia made a visit to the moon shrine during their pilgrimage.

It is in the Muslim records that Muhammad was part of the construction crew that used salvaged wood from a shipwreck to rebuild the temple and give it a roof. The temple had been damaged in a flash flood and needed to be replaced. It was Muhammad’s job to carry rocks from nearby hills on his shoulder. The evidence of the literature is that during the construction he suffered an epileptic fit. This came about after his uncles and others pestered him to remove his clothes like everyone else did, and use them as a cushion to protect his shoulder while carrying rocks, but when he removed his garments he fell to the ground in a seizure. Epilepsy is central to the Muhammad story because the neurological explosions of his malformed temporal lobe gave him ecstatic experiences that eventually convinced him he was in communion with God and that God had selected him as a prophet.

Once the temple attained its final form, then and only then did it become known as “The Cube.” It sported a semicircular stone platform on one side that served as a meeting site for the town notables and as a stage for orators when crowds gathered on important occasions.

When Muhammad conquered Mecca, he took over the Cube and made it central to the worship of his peculiar God concept, an idea that reflected his own psyche, particularly his stunning capacity for hatred and thirst for vengeance. His followers no longer orbited the moon shrine in imitation of celestial objects, but in worship of Muhammad’s God concept.

It is the practice that Muslims — Submitters to Muhammad’s God concept — blindly continue today.

Inoculating Against Islam

Wednesday

Ever since 9/11 Americans, including Christians, have been converting to Islam or become apologists for Islam. Can this be stopped and how?

There are many reasons they choose Islam. Islam is furiously masculine and today Christianity has become feminine, yin, in its approach to life. So, if you are a woman and want a more masculine man, you are much more apt to find that in Islam. Also, if you are a woman and want a husband, Muslims are the marrying kind. Then, there are people in this world who want discipline and Islam certainly gives structure. Once you get on the Islam train you no longer have to worry about choices. Islam tells you how to eat, have sex, brush your teeth, use the bathroom and every other aspect of life. There is also the social bonding of being in a tight knit group-club. These are a few of the reasons people convert.

Preventing conversion is easy to accomplish by inoculating anyone with what Islam really is. One reason that Kafirs (non-Muslims) convert is that they do not know the complete Islam. They are only told about the first stage of Islam – loving what Allah loves. Converts are never told that the final stage is to hate what Allah hates. Allah hates the Kafir and Kafir civilization, such as free speech and equal rights. The convert has been exposed to the “good stuff,” but does not know the full doctrine of a dualistic Islam. The other side of the “good stuff” is darkness such as jihad, abuse of women and slavery.

The problem is that we have all been told that we cannot understand Islam and that Islam is found in the Koran. We are told that it is way too complex and subtle. The only way to know Islam is to ask a Muslim or an establishment “expert”. This is absolute garbage. Islam is Allah and Mohammed, pure and simple. To know Islam, know Allah and Mohammed. Allah is hard to understand, at first, but there is an easy shortcut. The Koran tells us that Mohammed is the perfect pattern of life for all Muslims and that every Muslim should imitate Mohammed. His life example is so important that it has a special name, the Sunna.

If you count up all the words in the Koran and the words devoted to Mohammed, there is about six times more text devoted to Mohammed than to Allah. Mohammed solves the problem of how to know the true nature of Islam.

Everybody knows someone who has tried to read the Koran and never finished it. Islam seems like a tropical jungle, deep and complex. But that is not true, since Islam is both Allah and Mohammed.

Allah may be hard to understand, but anybody can understand Mohammed. The reason is simple. We have his official biography (called the Sira) and it is a fascinating, ripping read. After Mohammed is born he soon becomes an orphan. He married and became a successful businessman, then a prophet of Allah. He preached Islam for 13 years and converted 150 Muslims. Next he became a politician and jihadist for his last 10 years. When he died every Arab in Arabia was a Muslim. The Sira has religion, plots, spies, war, torture, secret agents, slavery, sex, jealousy and more. It is one of the world’s great stories.

Anyone, and I mean anyone, can understand the story of a man’s life. Mohammed is the perfect Muslim. When you understand Mohammed, you can easily understand the Koran and you can understand Islam.

This is how easy it is to know Mohammed. The original Sira is 800 pages long and difficult to read. But the book has been made easy to understand in a very short book of only 66 pages, called The Life of Mohammed. Everything is keyed by a small index number at the beginning of the paragraphs that lets you go the official text and confirm it. It is fact-based and is as true as it can be and is a short powerful book.

I ran an experiment. I paid $20 to a smart 12 year-old child to read The Life of Mohammed. After she read it, I had her read the Gospel of Matthew. It is important to know that she had never been to church or read the Bible. I then asked if she had to have new neighbor would she want it to be Jesus or Mohammed? She said she wanted Jesus and then justified her answer by using the facts from Matthew and The Life of Mohammed. She used fact-based reasoning.

That is the way you inoculate against Islam. Full knowledge of Mohammed causes anyone of reasonable morals to avoid him and Islam. Once you know how much suffering Mohammed caused to every neighbor, you do not want to follow him. So, to prevent a case of conversion to Islam, prescribe a dose of Mohammed.

The news is even better since a dose of the Sira can cure a Muslim of Islam. It works like this – most Muslims know almost nothing about Islam. If you know the full story of Mohammed, you know Islam and can tell a Muslim things about Mohammed that will unsettle them. Upon the first administration of Mohammed to a Muslim, they will deny the truth of it. But you can offer to show it to them in the Sira, the Sunna of Mohammed. Repeated dosage can cure Islam.

To inoculate against Islam, use a dose of Mohammed. To cure Islam, do the same. Don’t forget, a dose of Mohammed is so interesting that you will want to take some as well.

Tools to Help You Educate Your Fellow Non-Muslims About Islam

Monday

The single most important task we need to accomplish is to educate our fellow citizens about Islam's prime directive.

For many people who remain ignorant about Islam, the only way their ignorance will be breached is through one-on-one conversations, because the sources of news and information they select, and the friends they hang out with, all reinforce their ignorance.

For your personal friends and family members who remain ignorant about the disturbing nature of Islamic doctrine, you are our only hope. You must reach them and change their minds. That is your mission. This will require dedication on your part, and constant improvement in your ability to get through your listeners' resistance to accepting the truth about Islam.

But you're not alone. Tools and resources are available to help you. Here they are:

1. A list of different ways to approach a conversation about Islam.

2. Other methods you can use to persuade besides a back-and-forth argument.

3. Support and insight from your fellow counterjihadists.

4. A link to send to your not-yet-informed friends: Inquiry Into Islam.

5. Something to focus on in your conversations: Get them to take the pledge.

6. Something to help you in your ongoing discussions: Answers to Objections.

7. An organized group for political action.

8. Practical actions you can use to influence and educate others.

9. Pamphlets and leaflets to hand out.

Use these tools and resources to do the one thing that needs to be done: Educating our fellow non-Muslims about Islam. Once we've done that, the rest will be relatively easy. Concessions will be undone. The attempted encroachments of orthodox Islam will be blocked. Islam's reach will shrink. The tide will turn, and the Islamization of the free world will begin to reverse course.

Most of the material linked to above is in our book: Getting Through.

One of the most unusual articles on CitizenWarrior.com is Pleasantville and Islamic Supremacism.

It illustrates the Islamic Supremacist vision by showing the similarity between what happened in the movie, Pleasantville, and what devout fundamentalist Muslims are trying to create in Islamic states like Syria, Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia (and ultimately everywhere in the world).
