Tools to Help You Educate Your Fellow Non-Muslims About Islam

Monday

The single most important task we need to accomplish is to educate our fellow citizens about Islam's prime directive.

For many people who remain ignorant about Islam, the only way their ignorance will be breached is through one-on-one conversations, because the sources of news and information they select, and the friends they hang out with, all reinforce their ignorance.

For your personal friends and family members who remain ignorant about the disturbing nature of Islamic doctrine, you are our only hope. You must reach them and change their minds. That is your mission. This will require dedication on your part, and constant improvement in your ability to get through your listeners' resistance to accepting the truth about Islam.

But you're not alone. Tools and resources are available to help you. Here they are:

1. A list of different ways to approach a conversation about Islam.

2. Other methods you can use to persuade besides a back-and-forth argument.

3. Support and insight from your fellow counterjihadists.

4. A link to send to your not-yet-informed friends: Inquiry Into Islam.

5. Something to focus on in your conversations: Get them to take the pledge.

6. Something to help you in your ongoing discussions: Answers to Objections.

7. An organized group for political action.

8. Practical actions you can use to influence and educate others.

9. Pamphlets and leaflets to hand out.

Use these tools and resources to do the one thing that needs to be done: Educating our fellow non-Muslims about Islam. Once we've done that, the rest will be relatively easy. Concessions will be undone. The attempted encroachments of orthodox Islam will be blocked. Islam's reach will shrink. The tide will turn, and the Islamization of the free world will begin to reverse course.

Most of the material linked to above is in our book: Getting Through.

The Ingenious Menace

Saturday

I've read the Koran twice. In my opinion, it doesn't display much intelligence. My overall impression while reading was that the person who created those verses was slow-witted. It's too obviously and almost childishly self-serving. It is blatant. There doesn't seem to be a shred of cleverness in any of it.

And the results of the first 13 years of Muhammad's career as a prophet seem to bear this out. He only gained 150 followers by just reciting the verses of the Koran. It's possible that only very uneducated, naive people fell for it. That is, until he switched to violence.

But I see real brilliance in the ideology taken all together (the Koran, Hadith and Sira — the Islamic trilogy). Sinister, yes. But ingenious in its own way. You can read more about that here: The Terrifying Brilliance of Islam. Yesterday, as I looked at a Muslim I work with, a cold sensation ran through me when I realized he has 15 children, and in every way appears to be a nice man, and a hard worker. But because of Islam's tenets, he can live his whole life being nothing more than a kindly, industrious fellow, never raising any suspicion and never doing anything that should justify suspicion, and yet raise his kids as devout Muslims, which means they would believe in the Koran and the "sacred" example of Muhammad, which would mean, if they ever read the Islamic trilogy when they grow up, they will discover that they are obligated to wage jihad against the non-Muslim world until everyone on earth has been subjugated under Islamic rule. And if they don't commit themselves to this cause, they will spend eternity being tortured in horrifying ways.

And when a country establishes Islamic rule, the nature of Islamic law will slowly and relentlessly wear down resistance in anyone who hasn't already converted to Islam. It may take centuries, but the result is inevitable: Almost everyone in the country will eventually become a Muslim, and the previous culture will have been completely erased.

It's like a pernicious but very patient virus.

But we don't need to take it lying down. We're certainly not helpless. We can treat it like we would any other virus: Contain it, stop it from spreading, inoculate everyone against it, and if possible, eliminate it completely. We can start here: What's the Game Plan?

What Do You Call a 53-Year-Old Man Who Has Sex With a 9-Year-Old Girl?

Tuesday

This is not counterjihadist propaganda. Islamic scholars and imams around the world accept it as an historical fact that Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, married his favorite wife, Aisha, when she was six years old and consummated their marriage when she was 9.

This would be inconsequential except for two very important things:

  1. It was written down.
  2. Islam's most revered book (the Koran) says no less than 91 times that Muhammad is the ideal example of conduct for Muslims.

Unfortunately, the problem isn't confined to marriage. Muhammad serves as a model of conduct in other ways. He ordered non-Muslims assassinated for criticizing Islam, he aggressively conquered non-Muslims through war, he tortured, he raped, he owned slaves, and much more. And his example has been preserved in writing for all time.

This article has been also posted here on Inquiry Into Islam and here on Foundation for Coexistence, so you can share it with any friends or relatives of yours who might find this to be inflammatory — they might be more inclined to read it coming from a site without "warrior" in the name.

Encouraging Non-Muslim Immigration in India

Friday

Indian parliament passed a controversial citizenship bill yesterday making it easier for non-Muslim immigrants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan to seek Indian citizenship. The ruling party argues the bill will give sanctuary to people fleeing religious persecution, while critics argue the bill is discriminatory (and petitioned the Supreme Court).

Do You Know Muslims Who Are Really Nice People?

Monday

It's really not that hard,
so it doesn't mean anything.
For years I've been working with many people from many different countries, including several Muslims. One Muslim in particular is a very nice guy, a hard worker, and a mature leader. He is a very likable person.

While I was working with him, he was always listening to the Koran on his headphones. Most reasonable people, I think, would point to him as an example of how wrong it is to say that Islam is bad or potentially dangerous. I mean look at this guy. He's a perfectly nice man.

He is originally from Africa, but he lives in the United States, he's not married, and he has 15 children from four different women, and works a fairly low-paying job. And recently he was arrested and convicted of two counts of statutory rape.

Now here's my point: Just because you know a nice Muslim doesn't mean Islam is a benevolent ideology. Just because you know a nice Muslim or ten nice Muslims, it does not follow that Islam is an benign ideology. When someone is nice, it doesn't tell you what they believe or what they're capable of. "Nice" just means they know how to behave in a way that people like.

Even beyond that, someone can be a perfectly nice person and still believe that the prophet Muhammad was an apostle of the Almighty and brought true teachings to mankind which say it's right and good for a man to have four wives, and it's right and good to have sex with girls as young as nine years old.

If he accepts Islamic ideology in its entirety, he would not feel guilty about any of this. In fact, he would feel good about it because he is following the example of the prophet himself (and it says 91 times in the Koran that a good Muslim should follow Muhammad's example).

And Islamic doctrine includes the obligation to bring all people in the world under the rule of Islamic law, and includes the justification of using force to accomplish that goal. It is all one unified ideology and it explicitly says there is no "picking and choosing." In other words, a Muslim must follow the whole thing.

And it would be perfectly acceptable to an entire panel of the most authoritative Islamic scholars in the world to do all of that while being likable.

One of the most unusual articles on CitizenWarrior.com is Pleasantville and Islamic Supremacism.

It illustrates the Islamic Supremacist vision by showing the similarity between what happened in the movie, Pleasantville, and what devout fundamentalist Muslims are trying to create in Islamic states like Syria, Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia (and ultimately everywhere in the world).
