Islam's Relentless Encroachment in Malaysia

Saturday

MANY OF US forget that when we fight for freedom, when we speak up about Islam, even when when we initiate legislation for our own country, we are giving hope to millions around the world who live in countries already too far gone, where it is almost impossible to do anything about Islam's relentless encroachment because Islam has wormed its way into the government and started making laws intended to protect Islam and diminish or eliminate all competing ways of life.

We received the following message from a woman named Jasmine who has written to us before:

Thank you Citizen Warrior. I'm from Malaysia (click on the map above to see a larger image), a Muslim majority country. Population is: 60 to 65% Malays, 20 to 25% Chinese and Indians about 10 to 15%.

All Malays MUST be Muslims. No freedom of choice for the Malays on religion; a sizeable proportion of the Indians are Muslims and some Chinese are Muslims.

If a non-muslim (usually a Chinese or Indian) wanted to marry a Malay, he/she has to be converted to the Islamic faith.

Our constitution says we have religious freedom. But slowly, the majority is pushing for Shari'a law. Recently, the government forbade the use of "Allah" in the Malay language, citing all Malays are Muslims and the use of "Allah" will confuse the Muslims.

BUT in East Malaysia, (Sabah & Sarawak States), the indigeneous people speak the Malay language. These Malay-speaking indigenous people are mostly Christians. Therefore when the Malay-speaking indigeneous people worship, the word "Allah" is used. They also use the Malay version of the Bible.

The court actually ruled that "Allah" can be used in the Malay language in translating or worshiping. There is mayhem, churches were attacked with one badly burnt on the ground floor. If you want more news from Malaysia, link to this site: http://www.malaysia-today.net

I'M SCARED FOR THE GENERATIONS TO COME.

Jasmine (I have changed her name at her request) also sent me this article: Malaysia and the Myth of Islamic Tolerance.

Sometimes when I read about how Islam works, how they gain power by gaining concessions until they have enough power to begin establishing laws, it all seems abstract or distant until I hear from someone to whom it is happening right now, and it makes it all too real.

In our quest to stop the third jihad, we need to be effective. The Islamic supremacists are not messing around. They are actively trying to influence governments all over the world to become more Islamic, and they are
succeeding in Malaysia and many other places, including Egypt.

We must stop their encroachment. How? What can you do? I love that question! There are a lot of effective things you can do. Join ACT for America, get others to join, sign up for their newsletter, and sign up to give them a monthly contribution. Also, talk to people about Islam. Teach them what you know. And if you don't know much about Islam or if you don't know much about influencing people, tell people about the Girl Effect.

For many more ideas about how to defeat
the third jihad, read What Can a Civilian Do?

Let's get it done.

Is the Quran Similar to Mein Kampf?

Friday

BIG THINGS are brewing in the Geert Wilders trial. And it may become a catalyst to a breakthrough in public awareness of the doctrines of Islam. In a recent Wall Street Journal article, Stop The Trial Of Geert Wilders, Leon de Winter wrote:

The Amsterdam court trying the controversial Dutch politician is now preoccupied with the question of whether this book (the Qur'an), sacred to more than a billion believers, can be compared to one of the most vile publications in the history of Western civilization — Hitler's "Mein Kampf."

In his writing and speeches, Mr. Wilders has found these two works to be similar in terms of their anti-Semitism and incitement to hatred, and has thus called for a publishing ban on the Quran similar to the one in place for "Mein Kampf." This is what triggered Mr. Wilders's prosecution for discriminatory and insulting remarks against Muslims and Islam.

The court will have to determine just how similar the two books are! And they will do it on camera.

This trial may be the best thing that has ever happened to the citizen warriors of the world who have been trying to educate our fellow non-Muslims about Islam's relentless encroachment. Geert's trial is going to help bring to light the content of Islamic doctrine to an audience who would normally avoid the knowledge.

Thank you, Pastorius, for bringing this article to my attention.

Maybe Hell Froze Over

Tuesday

SOMETHING WONDERFUL happened. Time Magazine published an article that takes the military to task for being too politically correct! Wow. In an article by Mark Thompson, entitled, "The Fort Hood Report: Why No Mention of Islam?" he writes:

"...the lessons of 9/11, Afghanistan and Iraq, where jihadist extremism has driven deadly violence against Americans, are being not merely overlooked but studiously ignored."

I couldn't have put it better myself. In an effort to be politically correct or to avoid offending someone, the military has been deliberately overlooking what any fool can discover with a few hours of reading the Qur'an — that Islam is not a religion of peace.

But the era of blind multiculturalism is coming to an end. The stakes are too high now.

I'd like to thank Damien and Bosch Fawstin for bringing this encouraging milestone to my attention.

Geert Wilder's Hearing

Monday

Wednesday, January 20th, 2010, the trial of Geert Wilders began with a hearing. If you are not familiar with Geert's situation, go here. At the hearing, Geert gave this speech:

Mister Speaker, judges of the court,

I would like to make use of my right to speak for a few minutes.

Freedom is the most precious of all our attainments and the most vulnerable. People have devoted their lives to it and given their lives for it. Our freedom in this country is the outcome of centuries. It is the consequence of a history that knows no equal and has brought us to where we are now.

I believe with all my heart and soul that the freedom in the Netherlands is threatened. That what our heritage is, what generations could only dream about, that this freedom is no longer a given, no longer self-evident.

I devote my life to the defence of our freedom. I know what the risks are and I pay a price for it every day. I do not complain about it; it is my own decision. I see that as my duty and it is why I am standing here.

I know that the words I use are sometimes harsh, but they are never rash. It is not my intention to spare the ideology of conquest and destruction, but I am not any more out to offend people. I have nothing against Muslims. I have a problem with Islam and the Islamization of our country because Islam is at odds with freedom.

Future generations will wonder to themselves how we in 2010, in this place, in this room, earned our most precious attainment. Whether there is freedom in this debate for both parties and thus also for the critics of Islam, or that only one side of the discussion may be heard in the Netherlands? Whether freedom of speech in the Netherlands applies to everyone or only to a few? The answer to this is at once the answer to the question whether freedom still has a home in this country.

Freedom was never the property of a small group, but was always the heritage of us all. We are all blessed by it.

Lady Justice wears a blindfold, but she has splendid hearing. I hope that she hears the following sentences, loud and clear:

It is not only a right, but also the duty of free people to speak against every ideology that threatens freedom. Thomas Jefferson, the third President of the United States was right: The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.

I hope that the freedom of speech shall triumph in this trial.

In conclusion, Mister Speaker, judges of the court.

This trial is obviously about the freedom of speech. But this trial is also about the process of establishing the truth. Are the statements that I have made and the comparisons that I have taken, as cited in the summons, true? If something is true then can it still be punishable? This is why I urge you to not only submit to my request to hear witnesses and experts on the subject of freedom of speech. But I ask you explicitly to honour my request to hear witnesses and experts on the subject of Islam. I refer not only to Mister Jansen and Mister Admiraal, but also to the witness/experts from Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Without these witnesses, I cannot defend myself properly and, in my opinion, this would not be an fair trial.

See him give the speech (in Dutch) here: Weblog Geertwilders.

Update on Geert's trial: Wilders' trial to resume in February.

Illegal to Criticize Islam?

In response to Geert Wilder's trial in the Netherlands, Rusty Shackleford wrote:

"To single out Islam as the sole religion which cannot be criticized is to give it state sanctioned protection not enjoyed by other religious communities. It is, in fact, just what many of the critics say it is: creeping sharia.

"Because in the Netherlands, just like in Saudi Arabia, it is perfectly legal to criticize Christianity. But it is against the law to criticize Islam!"

Article Spotlight

One of the most unusual articles on CitizenWarrior.com is Pleasantville and Islamic Supremacism.

It illustrates the Islamic Supremacist vision by showing the similarity between what happened in the movie, Pleasantville, and what devout fundamentalist Muslims are trying to create in Islamic states like Syria, Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia (and ultimately everywhere in the world).
