Oh The Irony Of It All

I WAS BROWSING AROUND Reddit.com and came across this photo under the caption, "The World's Most Ironic Protestor," and it cracked me up. The photo was taken by Timothy Allen. Check out his web site here.

It's funny and it's ridiculous, but the photo is not as ironic as you'd think. Orthodox Muslims hate the West, hate democracy, and hate freedom of speech, and they are perfectly willing to use all of it to destroy us. The terrorists responsible for 9/11 used our capitalism, our technology, and our right to pursue happiness to train themselves to fly our planes, to buy their tickets, and then used it all as a weapon to kill thousands of people. They consider this a fight to the finish, and you know the old saying, "All is fair in love and war." Using free speech to stop free speech is fair play in a war as serious as this one.

Yeah yeah yeah, you've heard it all before. What can YOU do about it? You can learn what's going on, what their goals are, and how they can be stopped. You have a part to play. You can use your brain, use your ingenuity. Many times in history, important solutions have come from people who weren't the experts. At the very least, you can share information with others.
